Responsibilities:
  • Support residential trade customer group
  • Assist in multiple behind-the-scenes sales functions, including answering sales calls, addressing customer concerns, and recommending products and solutions
  • Provide hands-on assistance, such as helping customers on the parts counter and providing backup support in the warehouse
  • Present job quotes and provide accurate pricing and inventory information to customers
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system effectively
  • Work together with Sales associates to provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
  • 0-3 years sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Plumbing industry experience a plus
  • Desire to learn and drive to succeed
  • Passion for collaboration and desire to assist customers across the team
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships while balancing business and customer needs
  • Drive to act and respond quickly to customer needs and make decisions in a timely manner
  • General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual a plus

Pay Range: $29.92

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
