Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at The Scion Group. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions on the sales floor and direct team members to ensure alignment with company standards.
  • Escalate customer feedback and implement solutions to improve sales and revenue.
  • Develop and execute annual market and demand feasibility analysis to craft revenue plans.
  • Present performance results and provide recommendations to improve sales and revenue attainment.

Requirements:
