Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Administer therapy services, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions, to improve patient function and mobility.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure understanding and adherence to treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular assessments to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
