Salary and Benefits

We offer a generous compensation package, including $22 per hour for 12 hours per week, a PTO plan, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Regular onsite attendance is required.

Job Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Enter Order Tickets, Customer Order Forms, and customer payments daily.">
  • Unpack received shipments and prep garments for delivery; place on proper Sales Professionals rack.">
  • Process returns, remakes, and alterations.">
  • Pick up and deliver client items as needed.">
  • Enter alteration instructions into the proprietary system.">
  • Deliver/pick up garments to/from outside tailors.">
  • Compile Alteration Expense Summary for in-house tailors and send to Accounting.">
  • Answer incoming phone calls and give messages to Sales Professionals.">
  • Check store e-mail daily and give all information to the proper person(s).">
  • Makes follow-up calls to factories, customers, and corporate office.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience with social media platforms for marketing and research purposes.">
  • Extensive knowledge of computer, Microsoft Office software, and Google Docs.">
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.">
  • Strong organizational skills.">
  • Ability to bend and lift up to 20 lbs.">
  • Valid Driver's License (Exception: larger metropolitan areas).">
