About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team at Experis. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Salesforce system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user support requests and escalations in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance to users on how to utilize the Salesforce system to meet their needs.
  • Manage multiple simultaneous enhancement projects and project-related tasks within an Agile development process.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify requirements, demo changes, and answer questions about the system and improvements.
  • Administer aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system integrations are working correctly.
  • Work with Data Integrity Specialists to identify, merge, and clean up data.
Requirements
  • Extensive Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3-5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with Sales & Service Cloud.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of databases.
  • Enterprise software systems.
  • Zoom phone management.
  • MS Office 365.
  • Teams.
  • SharePoint.
  • SAP Business Objects.
  • BluJay (preferred not required).
  • Validity.
  • MS SQL experience.
