Job Summary

The Judge Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and supervision to our maintenance mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide guidance and oversight to maintenance mechanics to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Maintenance Program Development: Create and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Scheduling and Training: Schedule, train, and mentor maintenance mechanics to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the direct planning and execution of daily maintenance activities, ensuring that staffing, direction, and discipline are maintained.
  • Performance Improvement: Direct employees in safety procedures and best practices to avoid accidents and improve overall performance.
  • Project Implementation: Facilitate the implementation of maintenance-related projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain vendor performance records for evaluation and review.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track, report, and post efficiency and reliability metrics for each machine.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to follow through and achieve results, strong leadership skills, and ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 lbs.
