Responsibilities
  • Market our products and services to prospective customers through telephone and email
  • Generate leads through cold calling and lead qualification
  • Qualify leads generated from marketing programs and promotions
  • Direct pre-qualified leads to our sales team
  • Follow up with sales team to ensure timely processing of leads
Qualifications
  • Possess high energy and a strong desire to achieve top results
  • Previous work experience in managing inbound and outbound calls and inquiries
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and articulate clearly
  • Resourceful and able to adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Very motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
