We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at Medical City Plano. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient-centered care by managing the complete process of therapeutic care for assigned patients in coordination with physicians and the patient care team.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients throughout the continuum of care.
- Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the use of therapies, exercises, and therapeutic appliances to be used outside of therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements:
- License to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or related field.
- Pelvic floor experience preferred but not required.
- New graduates welcome to apply.
- No travel required.
