Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bilingual Education Specialist to join our team. As a Bilingual Education Specialist, you will work closely with our team to support lead teachers and help students achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist students with their daily activities and provide moral support
  • Provide 1:1 or group instruction to students
  • Work collaboratively with the team to support lead teachers
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of students

Requirements

  • Ability to commute to/from the assigned location
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Must clear FBI-DOJ background check
  • Previous tutoring/teaching experience highly preferred
  • Ability to make learning fun and interactive
  • Comfortable working in a classroom setting
  • Negative TB Test Result

What We Offer

  • In-person instruction
  • Consistent tutoring schedule: Mon-Fri afternoons
  • ~15-20 hours per week
  • ~3-4 hours per day
  • Starts at $25 per hour
