Job Title: Bilingual Case Manager

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Case Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a Bilingual Case Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of unaccompanied children and their sponsors.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Case Manager will conduct home studies to assess the suitability of sponsors, provide case management support, and ensure the continued safety and stability of children in sponsors' homes. This role requires a strong understanding of trauma-informed principles, child protection, and community social service systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial in-home assessments with children and sponsors, followed by weekly in-person contacts for the first 45-60 calendar days.
  • Develop individualized service plans to guide the provision of high-quality, trauma-informed case management services.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to provide recommendations for reunifying children with their potential sponsors.
  • Continually assess ongoing changes in behavior and general conditions that could impact the safety, well-being, and success of children.
  • Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, including involving Child Protective Services, law enforcement, and other local stakeholders.
  • Referral and connection to community services, including legal services, education, medical care, and behavioral healthcare.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other relevant behavioral science.
  • Minimum two years' experience providing case management, including conducting intakes and assessments, developing service plans, and documenting services.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client situations centering client safety and child protection principles.
  • Experience working with immigrant populations and unaccompanied minors preferred.
