Complex General Manager

As a Complex General Manager at Compass Group Careers, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant account, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and superior communication skills to maintain a seamless relationship with the client and deliver outstanding food quality and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage all financial aspects of the account, including budgeting and P&L.
- Oversee the daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Lead HR functions, including hiring, performance management, and terminations.
- Supervise team scheduling, payroll, and ongoing staff training.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, guests, the client, and internal departments.
- Collaborate with the Chef and management team to develop menus and ensure top-quality food offerings.
- Implement new culinary programs in coordination with the company's marketing and culinary teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary Arts (preferred).
- 5+ years of foodservice operations experience.
- High-volume production and catering expertise.
- Proven experience managing budgets and financial operations.
- A passion for growth and development within a leading foodservice company.
