We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a role within our Procurement division, reporting directly to the VP of Supply Chain and PMO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engages in standard purchasing strategies to acquire and coordinate timely deliveries of supplies and materials, expediting as necessary.
  • Acts as a liaison between suppliers and internal users, obtaining prior approval for purchases exceeding established limits.
  • Addresses standard delivery, quality, or other related issues with purchases and invoices.
  • Aids in updating project plans and procurement systems.
  • Reviews and evaluates requisitions and supply plans for both domestic and international acquisitions.
  • Assists in the preparation of requests for quotes and contributes to the development of new supply sources.
  • Independently executes basic tasks and functions within the professional field; seeks advice and guidance on non-routine or complex issues from others; identifies problems as they arise and takes appropriate steps to resolve straightforward issues.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrates foundational knowledge and principles relevant to the field of specialization.
  • Effectively applies fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures specific to the area of expertise.
  • Typically possesses up to 2 years of successful experience in a related field, demonstrating the key responsibilities and knowledge outlined above.
  • Experience with SAP is strongly preferred.
