Key Responsibilities

As a COTA, you will be responsible for implementing and executing established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist. You will communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and other members of the team.

Additionally, you will provide timely written documentation per facility and department requirements, develop and enhance clinical and professional skills through knowledge and professional associations, and support and participate in department operations and development.

Salary Information

The estimated salary range for this position is $28-$39/hour, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits, career advancement opportunities, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements
  • You must be a graduate of an approved Occupational Therapy Assistant curriculum, able to practice unencumbered, and in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.

  • A working knowledge of Medicare and other payer sources is essential, as is full knowledge of resident's rights. You must exude professionalism in presentation, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask.

  • CPR certification is also required.
