Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MRI Technologist II-Diag CTR to join our team at Methodist Hospitals. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for performing MRI procedures, providing exceptional patient care, and collaborating with our radiology team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient exams and provide findings and results as appropriate.
  • Assist leadership in collecting departmental CQI, Radiologist CQI, and ACR data in a timely manner.
  • Operate all types of departmental equipment and perform MRI procedures with attention to patient safety and comfort.
  • Inform leadership of equipment malfunctions and initiate service calls as needed.
  • Assist with orientation and training of technologists on equipment and procedures.
  • Guide and direct employees to ensure optimal patient care and services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in radiology, CT, or MRI.
  • Certification by ARRT, ARMRIT, or Radiology Certificate program.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
  • Leadership experience in a radiology setting.
