This Technical Support Specialist II (FLSA Non-Exempt role) will be responsible for delivering comprehensive technical support across various zones, ensuring that our clients receive top-tier service. The role encompasses remote troubleshooting, asset oversight, technical solutions, and sales inquiries.
Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
Work Environment: On-site
Key Responsibilities:
- Document daily activities in Salesforce and Sharepoint.
- Provide assistance and support to all clients as required.
- Engage in ongoing training for MSP products, support new offerings, and achieve proficiency in all relevant areas.
- Serve as a backup for clients outside of their designated zone.
- Administer and support Citrix users.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant technical experience is essential.
- Experience in Citrix user support and administration.
- Willingness to travel to local offices as necessary.
- Strong understanding of technology applicable to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to create detailed technology analysis documents and instructional materials.
- Capability to lead technical discussions and convey complex information to non-technical personnel.
- Proactive communicator with the ability to engage with all levels of staff and management.
- Self-driven with a strong customer service focus and commitment to meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
