Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Account Manager to join our team at Monarch Staffing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the smooth administration of employee benefits programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Lifecycle Management: Strengthen and maintain client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
  • Benefits Administration: Set up and coordinate group benefit services, including FSA, COBRA, HRA, and HAS.
  • Client Communication: Engage in regular communication with clients to build strong relationships and address their needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee and prepare new hire and open enrollment guides, as well as client communication technology platforms.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the Insurance field.
  • Ability to travel within Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York as needed.
  • Current Life & Health License.
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager preferred.
  • Critical thinking and decision-making abilities to identify problems or opportunities and develop solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of employee benefit programs, employee benefit consulting, and legal tax and administrative issues.
  • Proficient knowledge in group benefit programs, including Medical, Dental, Life, and Disability insurance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Organized, flexible, resourceful, and polished.
