About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Management System Compliance Lead to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Quality Transformation organization, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of our Quality Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and drive the implementation of our Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Support internal and external audits, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Develop and maintain effective partnerships with line of business leads and site Quality team members to drive quality excellence.
  • Perform and report on internal and external audits, system, product, and process conformity, pre-audits, and special audits.
Requirements
  • Technical degree and/or ASQ certification in Quality Engineering or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related technical field, with a proven history of delivering results.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate technical details and develop corrective action plans.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to partner and support functional, program, and site leadership.
Desired Skills
  • Prior experience in product or process management, or similar relevant experience within the manufacturing and/or aerospace industry.
  • Proactive systems approach to problem-solving, leveraging technical expertise to drive Quality Management System effectiveness and compliance.
  • Ability to synthesize results and present findings through research and analysis.
  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
