The Fertility Partners US is currently seeking a talented HR Business Partner to support their growing organization. This key role will be responsible for managing daily human resources functions, including recruiting and interviewing staff, administering pay and benefits, and enforcing company policies and practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Administer payroll and benefits, working closely with our outsourced provider.
  2. Manage background checks, drug screens, and employee eligibility verifications.
  3. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  4. Manage routine tasks related to human resource programs, including compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance management; recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  5. Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.

This position comes with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum one year of human resource management experience.
  • SHRM-CP certification highly valued.
