About the Role

As a Customer Experience Manager at World Market Inc, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. This leadership position requires a strong passion for customer service, sales, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Develop a High-Performing Team: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Implement Visual Merchandising and Store Standards: Partner with the Store Manager to maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring that all visual merchandising and store standards are met.
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Foster a customer-centric culture, ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures.
  • Support Store Manager: Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, managing store operations, and making key business decisions.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in a retail sales environment, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, depending on the needs of the business.
