- Preference for candidates residing in proximity to the designated service area.

- Printing tasks may require prolonged standing.
- Certain sites may involve work in warehouse loading docks during shipping and receiving operations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is required.
- This role encompasses multiple locations, serving various clients.
- Parking arrangements will vary by location and may be reimbursed.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Key skills include: Mailroom operations, Shipping and Receiving, troubleshooting printing equipment, and Copy/Print tasks.
- Personnel will operate at various client sites, both independently and under supervision. Training will be provided.
- Capability to resolve minor printer issues and a general understanding of office printing equipment is essential.
- Mailroom duties, including the management of incoming and outgoing mail per site requirements.
- Reception and hospitality functions may involve answering and redirecting calls, scheduling conference rooms via Outlook, and engaging with clients through Outlook, Microsoft TEAMS, Zoom, and in-person interactions. Responsibilities also include greeting visitors, assisting with kitchen supply management, and maintaining cleanliness in communal areas.
- Employees may be reassigned to different sites throughout the day.
- Work hours may vary based on location: typical shifts are from 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, or 9am to 6pm.
- Occasional overtime may be necessary.
- Standard workweek is Monday through Friday.
- Candidates should be available for shifts between 7am and 7pm.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as a vital member of the service team, supporting daily operations for all contracted services at client accounts within a specified area.
- Provide coverage for absences or vacations of onsite personnel, which may include site management duties.
- May need to report to alternate sites as required, which could involve walking, driving, or using public transport, potentially leading to longer commute times.
- Assist management in process enhancement, procedural testing, and validation, ensuring compliance with operational best practices.
- Support Field Implementation Managers in the onboarding of new client accounts and service expansions.
- Help onboard new team members and facilitate cross-training among peers.
- Contribute to the development of Site Procedure Guides and share best practices across the geographical area.
- Regularly review Site Procedures Guides at various locations for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct daily inspections of site services and ensure compliance with safety standards for clients and customers.
- Foster a customer-centric environment.
- Responsible for escalating client issues to management and supporting resolution efforts.
- Communicate effectively and respond promptly to inquiries from clients and end-users.
- When applicable, accurately submit monthly expenses in a timely manner, adhering to proper coding requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma required, with at least 12 months of relevant work experience.
- Post-secondary education is encouraged and preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, communication tools (Microsoft TEAMS, Zoom, WebEx), and folder management is necessary.
- Experience in mailroom operations, reception, hospitality, and print production is preferred.

- Regular exposure to conditions that may result in minor injuries.
- Physical effort may be required, including long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Moderate dexterity is necessary for regular use of basic skills (calculator, keyboard, hand tools, eye/hand coordination).
