Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager at Enlyte DBA Mitchell International, you will be responsible for driving new business growth in the collision repair and diagnostic calibration industry.
Your primary goal will be to identify and close new customers, while also upselling into existing accounts. This will involve negotiating and closing new business, providing regular forecasts, and presenting meaningful ROI to customers.
You will work closely with customers to understand their unique decision-making processes and influence decision-makers towards a favorable outcome. This role requires active listening, verbal and written communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong background in Microsoft Suite and preferably familiarity with collision repair and/or diagnostic calibration.
