Position Overview:

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Insurance Litigation
  • Must be Barred in NY and in Good Standing
  • Excellent skills in Writing, Communication, and Research
  • Familiarity with Discovery processes, LexisNexis, and West Law
  • Experience in advising on Corporate Transactions, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Formations, and Compliance matters

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct depositions and manage case strategies.
  • Draft and prepare litigation documents.
  • Independently manage cases and perform thorough investigations.
  • Prepare cases for trial and report findings to insurance carriers and clients.
  • Summarize and review medical documents as part of case preparation.
