Job Summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Kitchen Steward to join our team. As a Kitchen Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning equipment and utensils, and storing supplies and food in designated areas.

• Assist with food preparation and service, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment, and restocking supplies as needed.

• Ensure that all kitchen and dining areas are clean and sanitized, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service, including communicating with servers and bartenders to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or food service industry.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality of work.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and guests.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects, and to stand for long periods of time.
