Position Overview

The Marketing Associate for Patient Engagement plays a pivotal role in executing our strategic marketing initiatives aimed at connecting with patients through diverse channels such as direct mail, SMS, and email communications. This position is tasked with the launch of marketing campaigns that drive patient inquiries to Strive Health, necessitating meticulous attention to detail and robust project management skills when collaborating with external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversees and coordinates all marketing requests from market teams, collaborating with external graphic designers to implement necessary modifications. Maintains and updates the company website.
  • Implements email marketing campaigns to enhance patient participation in Strive Health programs.
  • Organizes and executes direct mail initiatives in partnership with external printing services, ensuring budgetary considerations are met for each marketing opportunity.
  • Collaborates with Strive Health's Product team to launch SMS campaigns targeting eligible patients, providing data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Considers the patient experience when determining marketing channel strategies.
  • Employs a project management methodology for each task, ensuring adherence to deadlines and timely delivery to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develops presentations to secure internal consensus from market teams and external approval from partners prior to campaign initiation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in lifecycle marketing, particularly in direct mail, email, and SMS campaigns.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing creative projects and collaborating with graphic designers and printing vendors.
  • 1+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on website management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a B2B2C marketing environment.
  • Proficient in creating marketing presentations to obtain approvals from both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in value-based care models.
  • Strong familiarity with website content management systems, especially WordPress.

Compensation

The annual base salary range for this position is $66,000.00 to $77,000.00.
