Certified Nursing Aide:
As a Certified Nursing Aide, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents.

Role of a Certified Nursing Aide:

As a Certified Nursing Aide, you will support our mission by delivering holistic and passionate care tailored to individual care plans.

What will your responsibilities include?


Assist residents with daily living activities such as grooming, dressing, bathing, toileting, and feeding, ensuring dignity and respect in accordance with each resident's care plan.


Complete daily tasks thoroughly and promptly, including additional responsibilities such as wheelchair maintenance and hydration assistance.

Monitor and communicate any changes in resident conditions or behaviors to the team leader in a timely manner.


Maintain professionalism consistent with societal norms, exemplary customer service practices, and the Three Pillars Standards of Conduct.

What qualifications are necessary for this role?

Must possess a current and valid C.N.A. certification in the state of Wisconsin, with a clean record on the C.N.A registry.

Minimum age requirement is 16 years.

Ability to fulfill the physical demands of the position as detailed in the job description.

Basic computer skills are preferred, along with the willingness to learn and utilize relevant software applications.
