Role Details:

The Senior Customer Support Representative is a full-time position offering competitive benefits, including vacation time. The role is based in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Level 2 contact for escalated customer inquiries and problem resolution.
  • Work under general supervision, ensuring service levels for courtesy, accuracy, and response time are met.
  • Engage with clients regarding the Child Support program, utilizing a strong understanding of relevant processes.
  • Demonstrate exceptional professional behavior and attendance, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional training is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a large-scale call center environment.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or task lead role.
  • Experience in Child Support services is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
