Role Details:
The Senior Customer Support Representative is a full-time position offering competitive benefits, including vacation time. The role is based in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Level 2 contact for escalated customer inquiries and problem resolution.
- Work under general supervision, ensuring service levels for courtesy, accuracy, and response time are met.
- Engage with clients regarding the Child Support program, utilizing a strong understanding of relevant processes.
- Demonstrate exceptional professional behavior and attendance, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional training is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a large-scale call center environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or task lead role.
- Experience in Child Support services is advantageous.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
