Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Critical Care Specialist - Apheresis Professional to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a daily basis, helping to save lives through our mission.

You will work collaboratively with our healthcare teams to provide critical care services, including plasma exchange, red cell exchange leukapheresis, stem cell harvests, photopheresis, therapeutic phlebotomies, platelet reductions, and white blood cell depletion.

Responsibilities
  • Provide critical care services to patients at hospitals and Red Cross sites around the area.
  • Work closely with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians to discuss procedures and medical issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field preferred.
  • Two years' experience in medical/surgical or critical care nursing, or related experience, preferred.
  • Previous apheresis or dialysis experience preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $105,000 annual salary (based on Columbia location and industry standards).
