Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a travel assignment in Madison, Wisconsin. As a critical care travel specialist, you will work closely with our team to provide exceptional patient care and support in this busy medical setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a respiratory therapist, utilizing advanced skills and knowledge in critical care settings.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatments and progress.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a respiratory therapist in critical care settings.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
