Job Summary:

$15.00/HR

As a Front Desk Agent at Hyatt House Richmond-West, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a smooth stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Providing information and assistance to guests regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Working effectively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Staying up-to-date on hotel policies, procedures, and promotions to provide informed and personalized service to guests.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel software systems.
