Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at Flow Control Group Company, you will oversee the sales operations of our sales team, managing all aspects of the sales process, sales budgets, and sales team members to deliver revenue and profit commitments. You will work in concert with our General Manager to execute operating strategies and achieve company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize business practices to improve operational performance, customer value propositions, and ensure safe performance of our company.
Supervise and manage sales team, delivering the highest levels of customer service while ensuring all company policies are followed.
Manage supplier relationship with key suppliers for our company and the Florida business.
Manage existing key customers and develop new business in a defined sales territory.
Set goals for sales team members, clearly communicate expectations, and monitor performance.
Collaborate with sales team to identify and unlock sales and profit opportunities.
Identify business obstacles and craft solutions which effectively address roadblocks and problems.
Develop employees' capabilities through challenging assignments and coaching.
Utilize data to develop trends and insights that will drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

5+ years' proven experience in sales management focused on engineered solutions and services.
5+ years' selling engineered products and solutions in the Power Generation industry.
Bachelor's degree in business or engineering is desirable.
