Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and support company directors and managers in support of various clients, building relationships throughout the organization and providing a resource for escalation of issues.
  • Provide sales support as needed, defining and implementing a CCS performance management approach, including determining if incentives are appropriate/needed to drive results.
  • Nurture and develop cross-functional relationships with peers and other resources in Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Technology, and Human Resources to meet or exceed business objectives.
  • Schedule onsite client visits on a regular basis and follow up with detailed recommendations for improvements for the client and CCS overall.
  • Create the CCS budget and monitor costs, employee productivity, and achievement of KPIs.
  • Participate in vendor negotiations, partner with the VP/GM of ROI to coordinate compliance, implementations, training, global resources, quality, Lean Six Sigma, technology, and other programs as appropriate.
  • Responsible for strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency; assist the overall CCS team in meeting facility revenue goals.
  • Develop customer and employee satisfaction programs and direct feedback response.
  • Conduct annual meetings with directors to set goals and objectives and meet regularly to ensure directors and managers are meeting operational objectives.
  • Work closely with Marketing to provide ongoing feedback on client satisfaction reports and work to obtain client case study partners for ongoing marketing and sales efforts.
  • Provide strategic direction in regularly scheduled Product Management calls/meetings to contribute valuable client feedback on Verisma products and services.
  • Partner with the Training department ensuring that new hire and ongoing programs drive employees to excellence. Support technology to expand reach of training.
  • Manage and track client at risk and retention reports.
  • Live by and promote Verisma Core Values.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 15+ years in management and directing both onsite, remote, and global employees.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, specifically working with regulatory issues, policy development, compliance, and investigation resolution with a strong focus on direct executive client management.
  • Experience with Release of Information preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in creation and implementation of operational KPIs, standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills in an operational environment.
  • Possess the administrative and management skills necessary to direct organizational programs and supervise management, professional, and hourly staff.
  • Hold independent judgment and analytical skills to be able to provide sound recommendations.
  • Be able to participate and present effectively and concisely in Senior Executive leadership communications and meetings, up to and including to the board.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with representatives of client organizations, including their senior business leaders and staff in a tactful and positive manner.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with a 'Can do' attitude in approaching challenges, and lead the charge to address 'unbounded' problems to reach a solution.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
