About the Role

Temple St. Clair is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Advisor to join our dynamic team. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassador:
    • Demonstrate a passion for the Temple St. Clair brand and a deep understanding of our products, services, and values.
    • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for clients in the boutique.
    • Maintain a clean and organized working environment and ensure that all products are presented in accordance with Temple St. Clair standards.
    • Participate in maintaining a positive work environment and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Sales Achievement:
    • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and work with the Boutique Director to meet and exceed sales goals.
    • Support clients with bespoke requests and provide helpful solutions in accordance with Temple St. Clair values.
    • Support e-commerce clients and phone inquiries, and schedule in-boutique appointments as needed.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Demonstrate expertise in clienteling and cultivate new relationships while nurturing existing ones.
    • Partner with the Boutique Director and the broader team on CRM initiatives and accurately capture client data for all prospects and clients.
    • Support the Boutique and Corporate Team with in-store and off-site events, develop community relationships, and explore potential events to increase brand awareness and customer loyalty.
    • Cultivate relationships and offer special, dedicated, and curated services to our VIP clients.
  • Daily Boutique Operations:
    • Serve as a keyholder and perform opening and closing duties as needed.
    • Understand and comply with all Policies and Procedures set by Temple St. Clair.
    • Assist with daily set-up and breakdown of the Boutique.
    • Actively participate in periodic inventory cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
    • Assist with operational requests in a timely manner when needed from the Corporate Team.
    • Maintain visual integrity adhering to brand standards for vitrines and boutique aesthetic.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma; College degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in selling luxury goods.
  • Passion for fine jewelry and high jewelry.
  • Experience in Shopify and Endear is a plus.
  • A drive to meet and exceed sales goals and customer expectations.
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury client experience and customer service.
  • Computer proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to work on evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
