About the Role

This is a management position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald's logos and food products, but is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
  • Manage assigned departments, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results.
  • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
  • Train service staff in service procedures.
  • Organize the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
Department Manager Responsibilities
  • Guest Service Department Manager:
    • Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience.
    • Implement sales promotions effectively.
    • Train service staff in service procedures.
    • Organize the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
  • Kitchen Department Manager:
    • Ensure the restaurant delivers great quality food to customers.
    • Implement food safety protocols.
    • Control food costs.
    • Train kitchen staff in production procedures.
  • People Department Manager:
    • Ensure the restaurant hires qualified Crew.
    • Train Crew well.
    • Schedule Crew to meet restaurant sales and profit goals.
    • Ensure Crew get off to a good start and are recognized and motivated throughout their time working at the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedules.
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
