Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Overview:

As a Patient Care Coordinator at Castle Dental, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, guiding patients through their visit, and expressing gratitude for their trust in our dental care services.

Schedule:

Monday to Thursday, 32 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting: Develop a warm and welcoming atmosphere for patients, ensuring they feel valued and respected.
  • Guiding: Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures, including insurance verification, appointment scheduling, and providing information about services and payment options.
  • Gratitude: Express appreciation to patients for choosing Castle Dental for their dental care needs, treating them with respect and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • At least one year of related experience in a healthcare or dental setting.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting.

Compensation:

$16 - $18 per hour
