Sage Dental, a leading Dental Support Organization (DSO) in the Southeast, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Office Manager to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our office, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.

About the Role

  • Lead and manage a team of dental professionals to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and strategies to drive office efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and other staff members to ensure seamless patient care and excellent customer service.
  • Manage office finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and leading high-performing teams.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a fast-paced dental office environment.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance plans and ability to navigate complex billing and reimbursement processes.
