About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Leadership Development Associate to join our team at Mission Hospital. As a key member of our Patient Access team, you will play a critical role in enhancing our hospital's operations and ensuring seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in classroom and field training to develop management and technical skills
  • Work closely with senior leaders, directors, and managers to drive business growth and improvement
  • Collaborate with Patient Access teams to ensure efficient patient registration and documentation processes
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and experience
Requirements
  • 12-24 month commitment to the Leadership Development Program
  • BS or BA degree required (or working towards completion of a BA or BS) in a field such as Accounting, Business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration
  • MBA degree helpful but not required
  • Overall GPA must be a minimum 3.0 for BS or BA and MBA (if applicable)
  • Experience in healthcare, healthcare management, or finance is preferred
