Responsabilidades:
- Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia integral de desarrollo de franquicias que apoye los objetivos de crecimiento de la empresa y expanda nuestra presencia en el mercado.
- Identificar y analizar mercados potenciales y oportunidades para la expansión de franquicias, colaborando con el equipo de marketing para buscar oportunidades de asociación.
- Realizar estudios de viabilidad, análisis de mercado y evaluaciones financieras.
- Gestionar el proceso de ventas de franquicias desde la generación de leads hasta la negociación y cierre de contratos.
- Negociar y finalizar acuerdos de franquicia, asegurando el cumplimiento de requisitos legales y regulatorios.
- Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con franquiciados potenciales y existentes, brindando apoyo y orientación continua.
- Monitorear tendencias de la industria y actividades de competidores para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y mejora.
- Colaborar con los equipos de marketing, operaciones y legal para crear materiales de marketing y ventas efectivos para franquicias.
- Implementar y mejorar herramientas de plataforma/software para asegurar una experiencia de ventas y onboarding fluida y tecnológica para los franquiciados.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o un campo relacionado (se prefiere MBA).
- Experiencia comprobada en desarrollo de franquicias, ventas o roles de desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en la industria de salud y bienestar.
- Excelentes habilidades de negociación, comunicación e interpersonales.
- Fuerte comprensión de las leyes de franquicias, regulaciones y mejores prácticas.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera independiente y en equipo en un entorno dinámico y acelerado.
- Pensador estratégico con habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas excepcionales.
- Autónomo, resiliente y adaptable, con capacidad para evolucionar y crear oportunidades para construir una cartera de franquiciados.
- Disponibilidad para viajar según sea necesario para apoyar las actividades de desarrollo de franquicias.
