Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiving Support Professional to provide exceptional care to our residents at DaySpring Senior Living.

About the Role:

  • As a Caregiving Support Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care services to our residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
  • You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure that each resident receives the best possible care and support.
  • We are looking for someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, walking, and transferring.
  • Monitor residents' physical and emotional well-being, reporting any concerns to the healthcare team.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or certification in a related field (e.g., gerontology, nursing, or social work).
  • 1+ year of experience in caregiving or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
