Job Overview

The Client Support Associate plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless client experience at Jackson Hewitt - 1358. This dynamic individual will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and promoting Jackson Hewitt's services to local businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Greeting and Scheduling: Welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor, engage in conversation to share information about Jackson Hewitt's services, and quickly verify and enter customer information into the proprietary software.
  • Client Flow Management: Monitor client activity, take initiative to answer phones, and resolve client issues in a timely manner.
  • Marketing and Recruitment: Assist leadership in marketing and recruitment efforts, as needed.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and inviting workplace, including removal of trash, vacuuming or sweeping, cleaning counters, and cleaning glass.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer functions, including setup of office computer systems and troubleshooting issues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
  • Reliability and Flexibility: Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license and insurance preferred.
