We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented students to support our Finance and Accounting teams in the summer of 2025. As a Gore intern, you will work on projects that leverage your skills in finance and accounting, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze business and financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop financial reports and dashboards to communicate financial results and data insights
- Assist in preparing balance sheet account reconciliations and partner with various functions to maintain accurate financial data
- Research and troubleshoot errors, and implement process improvements to maintain accurate financial records
- Successful completion of at least the junior year in a bachelor's program in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Math, or Data Science
- Enthusiasm for digging into projects and successfully applying financial concepts
- Demonstrated ability to make connections, build relationships, and create an inclusive environment
- Demonstration of curiosity and initiative that leads to deeper understanding
- Evidence of good judgment to work through ambiguity and challenges, and to address errors
- Ability to be a resourceful and active learner
- Ability to prioritize and drive projects or initiatives through to completion
- Ability to work independently, as well as partner with others
- Ability to commit to a (minimum) 10-week summer internship
