Position Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a full-time Property Manager to oversee a newly developed 70-unit family-oriented property. The selected individual will be tasked with the lease-up process and will manage the daily operations of the community, ensuring high levels of resident satisfaction and effective supervision of maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee application processing
- Manage rent collection
- Handle banking operations
- Execute lease agreements
- Implement marketing strategies
- Prepare monthly reports

Qualifications:
