Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Club Pilates. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for introducing people to the life-changing benefits of Pilates, providing exceptional customer service, and meeting sales expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain an effective referral program to drive sales growth.
  • Maintain accurate records using established Club Pilates sales systems.
  • Conduct telephone inquiries, follow-up calls, and customer care calls to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Give sales presentations to Intro class participants to promote Pilates services.
  • Greet members and guests promptly, enthusiastically, and with a smile to create a friendly and positive entrance into the Club Pilates studio.
  • Accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklist to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Participate in 1 Club Pilates scheduled workout per week to stay familiar with our services.
  • Maintain an organized and clean lobby/front desk area to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Process accurate sales transactions and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Properly onboard all Club Pilates members through the use of client intake forms and contractual documents.
  • Work closely with management and instructors to ensure all processes are completed accurately.
  • Attend and participate in all relative Club Pilates training programs to stay up-to-date on our services.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the success of our team.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable working in a sales role and have excellent customer service skills.
  • Previous sales experience, with strong sales skills, is highly preferred.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Able to multi-task and excel in a busy environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office basic programs (Word, Excel), Internet, and studio program software use.
  • Health and fitness-minded individuals are strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work and function in a boutique studio environment.
  • Must have flexibility to work morning, evenings, and some alternating weekends.
  • Fitness experience is preferred but not required.
