Metro Physical & Aquatic Therapy is a leading provider of comprehensive multidisciplinary services, including Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapy, Massage, and Acupuncture. Our mission is to deliver exceptional patient care and create a supportive work environment for our team members.

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Per Diem Physical Therapist to join our Home Care team. As a Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients in their homes, providing skilled therapy to restore overall function and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individually designed programs to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians, family members, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Provide timely and accurate documentation of patient visits.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure seamless care transitions.

Requirements:

  • Home health experience is preferred but not required; we offer mentorship and support for new graduates.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • NY Physical Therapist License or eligibility.
