Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to self-directed brokerage clients and Financial Advisors assigned account holders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide service support via phone to clients, assisting with account inquiries, transactions, and documentation.
  • Develop and maintain a proficient understanding of product knowledge and client service skills.
  • Research account and transaction records to resolve discrepancies, answer questions, and provide documentation.
  • Assist clients with completing investment forms, transferring funds, and completing distributions.
  • Answer inquiries related to tax documents, trade confirmations, and monthly investment statements.
  • Act as a priority contact for assisting clients with questions regarding the Digital Investment platform.
  • Refer investment opportunities to internal Client Advisory Center when aligned with clients' financial needs.
  • Serve as an advocate of the client while balancing risk.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry regulations related to products and continuing education requirements required by FINRA.
Requirements
  • Intermediate proficiency in written and verbal communications.
  • Previous call center experience or high-volume, fast-paced work environment.
  • Experience using basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification.
  • Comfort and fluency with technology and digital applications.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant banking or business field.
  • Investment industry knowledge and/or experience.
  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 or 66.
