About the Job

We're looking for an experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Pilot Company. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing employee supervision, ensuring seamless store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will be on maintaining a positive work environment, driving business growth, and contributing to our company's success.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Your success as a Shift Leader will be measured by your ability to:
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Solve problems efficiently and effectively, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Provide regular feedback and coaching to employees, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records, adhere to company policies and procedures, and participate in ongoing training and development.
