Compensation Package
Pay rates starting between $12.10 - $17.33 per hour ensure a competitive compensation package for successful candidates.

About the Role

This Fuel Operations Supervisor - Travel Center position requires the ability to supervise employees and oversee general store operations effectively. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills to cater to the needs of customers, along with self-motivation and a willingness to assist managers in executing tasks to maintain facilities in optimal condition and ensure smooth operations. This individual must be knowledgeable about store operations, PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service, and possess relevant working knowledge of retail operations.

The chosen candidate will also require strong teamwork and communication skills, enabling them to interact seamlessly with different levels within the company, including hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives. Additionally, they must be capable of adapting to a flexible schedule encompassing nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
