As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of cash and valuables, as well as maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and develop operations personnel to ensure a high level of performance and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the coordination of route, dispatch, vault, and terminal operations to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure the safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities through training, monitoring, and enforcement of policies and procedures.
- Investigate accidents and process required paperwork.
- Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among all operations staff.
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Control overtime hours, monitor employee vacation schedule, and maintain effectiveness and efficiency of route, terminal, and vault operations.
- Deliver employee training to licensed armed driver/guards and terminal employees who operate or support armored transportation routes.
- Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
- Maintain company compliance with regulatory statutes involving DOT, OSHA, and EPA.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in logistics or transportation.
- College education or military experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of safety and security experience a plus.
