Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a Technical Engineer, you will play a critical role in the execution of a military posture construction program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analysis and expertise on the execution of a military posture construction program.
  • Track contract acquisition strategies and timelines, monitor work in progress, and develop workload projections to identify long-range issues affecting program timelines, milestones, and key events.
  • Apply technical expertise to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Develop posture construction program execution strategy by applying project management knowledge and tools to monitor the program-integrated master schedule, budgets, and scope.
  • Integrate posture construction execution strategies with the DoD construction agent to ensure posture timelines and milestones are achieved.
  • Provide senior leaders with program updates, including scope, schedule, milestones, and risks.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering.
  • Experience working on military construction projects.
  • Experience with developing and managing complex project documents, schedules, risk registers, and stakeholder and requirement documents.
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Project.
  • Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience with supporting Joint military operations.
  • Experience working with the Army Corps of Engineers or Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command.
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Master's degree.
  • PMP Certification.
Clearance

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
