About the Role

As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and support to individuals with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing direct patient care and support during dialysis treatments
  • Monitoring patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Performing routine tasks such as measuring and recording vital signs, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
  • Building long-term relationships with patients and their families
  • Assisting with patient education and support
