This position presents a remarkable chance for a qualified professional to join a top-tier Domestic Heavy Contractor recognized by ENR, where your vast experience in steering complex projects while ensuring adherence to client expectations and organizational standards will be crucial.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all facets of the project, including construction oversight, budget management, and cash flow, ensuring alignment with contractual obligations and client specifications.
  • Formulate and oversee project timelines, cost projections, operational procedures, and resource distribution to guarantee timely and precise project delivery.
  • Establish and maintain the project organizational framework and staffing strategies for each phase to meet established deadlines.
  • Provide technical insights during project proposals, engage in bid discussions, and manage contract evaluations and client negotiations.

Engage with all project stakeholders, including partners, landowners, and regulatory authorities, while collaborating with the construction management team to identify potential risks and negotiate change orders.

Deliver monthly project updates to executive leadership and ensure adherence to safety protocols and procedures.

Lead project closure activities, including finalizing contracts, resolving disputes, and securing retainages, while ensuring alignment with the company’s core values and strategic objectives.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Over 10 years of experience in team and personnel management.
  • Extensive experience in water and wastewater treatment facility construction is preferred.
  • Proven proficiency in various project delivery methods, including bid-build, CMGC, and design-build.

Exceptional interpersonal skills and leadership qualities, with the ability to manage multiple departments while effectively mentoring a team and delegating responsibilities.

Demonstrated expertise in identifying and mitigating project risks, financial management, negotiating contracts, budgeting, and fund recovery, while promoting both personal and organizational success.
